NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
All deposits and/ or full payments made towards TPL Ranch Coops are non-refundable and non-transferable. (Deposits can be held for up to 6 months but not refunded)
Because our coops and structures are built specifically for each customer we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once deposits or payment has been made
Please review your order, selections, measurements, and specifications carefully before submitting payment. Once payment is received, your order is considered confirmed and we will proceed with production and shall be scheduled accordingly. If you need to contact us with any questions before purchasing please do and we can take your oder over the phone.
By submitting a deposit or full payment online or over the phone, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
